Sheth T. C. Kapadia Arts & Commerce College was established in the year June 1964 by “Shri Bodeli Vibhag Kelavani Mandal, Bodeli” started with 64 students. The real purpose of the Trust is to provide higher education among the tribal students especially tribal girls in this eastern tribal belt of Vadodara district then. 

The college is one of the leading educational institutions in western strip of Chhotaudepur district offering programs like B.A.(Gujarati), B.A.(Economics) and B.Com. (Accounts and Auditing) having a total strength of about 1537 students in the year 2017-18 Out of which 70% are tribal students. Sheth T. C. Bodeli is Business town so the trusties of the college felt need of commerce college in the region and soon the visionary management implemented their decision in 1982 and started commerce stream affiliated with Gujrarat University then.
